Day 2 is all about freeing space — emotionally, mentally, energetically. You’ll gently identify:

What drains you (even if it’s subtle)

Which patterns or thoughts are keeping you stuck

What you’re ready to release, at least a little

A simple letting-go practice that feels safe and doable

Step into a new inner direction.

On the final day, you’ll shift from awareness to intention —and close the challenge feeling more aligned with what you truly want.You will:
